Oh, also, I realize that I sound like a bit of a gold digger in a part of this video...but I'm not. lol He always tells me how we're going to be rich someday when he's an orthodontist, which is fabulous, but quite honestly I could care less if he was a road worker or brain surgeon. I just care that he's mine. I'm going to love him whatever his career choice may be. I know this sounds strange but I'm actually very excited for when we're poor newlyweds. I know it won't be easy, but I want to start at the bottom and work our way up together. I want to really appreciate everything we have because we've earned it. I don't care if we have no furniture at all for the first five years of our life together, I'll be happy just having him with me. I told him that too, many times. He didn't seem to share that same desire with me, he'd rather not be poor. lol The way I see it, we're going to be poor anyway with all of our debt from college, especially from his 11 years. I'm going to be the bread winner until we're 32. I actually wouldn't be too heartbroken if he chose something with a little less schooling, which sounds terrible I know, but we will want to start a family somewhere in that time period and I don't want to be working when we do. The problem is, if he goes to work and only goes to school part time he'll be in there even longer and then who knows how long it will be before we can actually get started with our normal, out of college, life. Oh well, we will face that obstacle with a lot of prayer when it arises. For now, we have a couple of years before we need to worry about that too much. At the moment we will just focus on the next 19 months. (I can't believe I'm finally in the teens!! =)
